These terms apply to your use of Jumbo Conversion ("the App"). The App is provided by COMCODE d.o.o., Slovenia ("we", "us") to owners of Wix sites ("you"). By installing the App, you agree to these terms.
The App adds conversion features to Wix Stores sites: price and button animations, an announcement bar, a countdown timer and content protection. It is hosted on Wix, and Wix must be available for it to work.
The App offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Wix sells the paid plans through Wix Billing, and Wix's terms govern payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations. Any free trial is managed by Wix. If your paid plan ends, the App switches your site to the free plan's limits automatically.
You are responsible for the content you show through the App, such as messages, offers and countdown deadlines. You are also responsible for making sure that your promotions, prices and urgency claims are accurate and comply with the consumer-protection laws that apply to your store.
Content protection makes casual copying harder: it blocks right-click, text selection, image dragging and common keyboard shortcuts. It cannot prevent every way of copying content, such as screenshots or browser developer tools, and we don't guarantee that your content can't be copied.
We work to keep the App running and up to date. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, change or retire features. If we make a material change to a paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend use of the App if it is used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

Slovenian law governs these terms. The competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
