Jumbo Conversion Privacy Policy

Jumbo Conversion ("the App") is provided by COMCODE d.o.o., Slovenia ("we", "us"). It adds conversion effects to Wix Stores sites: price and button animations, an announcement bar, a countdown timer and content protection. This policy explains what information the App handles when a Wix site owner ("you") installs it and when people visit your site ("visitors").

Information about site owners

The App runs entirely on Wix infrastructure. To work, it uses the following through Wix's APIs:

• Your App settings: the modules you enable, messages, colors and timer settings. Wix stores these as part of the App's script on your site. We don't keep a separate copy.
• Your plan and site information: whether your site has the free or the paid plan, your site ID, and which Wix apps (such as Wix Stores) are installed. We use this only to unlock the right features and to show setup tips.

We don't collect your name, email address or payment details. Payments for the Pro plan are processed by Wix under Wix's own terms and privacy policy.

Information about visitors

The App does not collect, transmit or store personal information about visitors. It does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels.

To work as designed, the App keeps a few small, non-personal values in the visitor's own browser (local and session storage):

• jc-countdown-end: the end time of a per-visitor countdown timer, so the timer doesn't restart on every page
• jc-bar-closed: remembers that the visitor closed the announcement bar during the current visit
• jc-sync: the date and version of the App's last update check, so the check runs at most once a day

Once a day, the visitor's browser tells the App's Wix-hosted backend which version of the App's script the site is using. That way, sites receive App updates automatically. The request contains no personal information, and we don't store it.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share information with third parties. Our only service provider is Wix, which hosts the App.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, Wix removes the App's script and settings from your site. Visitors can clear the values above at any time by clearing their browser storage.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct and delete your data. Because we don't hold personal data about you or your visitors, most requests can be met by changing or uninstalling the App. For any question, contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date above.
